Mr. Kunal Gandhi
Promoter, Managing Director & CEO
Mr. Kunal N. Gandhi has done Master of Science from Lancaster University, Lancaster, U.K. He was appointed as Vice President – Business Development of the Company since April 2010. On 01 January, 2016, the company appointed him as Chief Executive Officer. He was appointed as Joint Managing Director on 12 February, 2019 and designated as Managing Director on 11 July, 2019.
Mr. Yogesh B. Shah

Mr. Yogesh B. Shah, Commerce Graduate, has more than 30 years of experience in Accounting and Finance field. He has been appointed as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company since July, 2014. In addition to Chief Financial Officer he also appointed as an Executive Director on 12 February, 2020.

Director
Mr. Shashil Mendonsa, post graduate in Science. He has experience of nearly 30 years in the pharmaceuticals industry in the field of Sales, Marketing and General Management. He belongs to the promoters / promoter group shareholders of the Company. Currently he is working as President – International Marketing with Ipca Laboratories Ltd., a promoter shareholder of the Company.
